Health Coverage Benefits

Health coverage benefits are offered through several different programs. State Administered Health Insurance is available to low-income individuals and families who are qualified immigrants or US citizens. Medicare is available to individuals who are 65 years or older, receive Social Security Disability Insurance, or have end stage renal disease and paid into the Social Security system. Federal Marketplace Insurance is available to people who neither qualify for health insurance through the State of Hawaii Med-QUEST office nor through their employers.
